wptwin help needed...easy 3$

i am facing problem in using wptwin plugin.. i want to clone one of my blog to another domain but i am unable to do it...if you help me in using this plugin and diagnose the problem, i'll pay you 3$.

it's simple.

Upload wptwin.php to public html.

site.com/wptwin.php... follow the instructions.

On new wordpress install, upload clone file and wptwindeploy.php. Visit that url and follow the instructions.
