WTB: Article Submissions

I'm looking for someone to submit articles that have already been written. They are human written and not in any kind of spun format.

Please let me know how many directories you can submit to, what the cost is, and what your turn around time is.

Also.. Just to note - I am looking for white hat providers only. No automatic submission software or any craziness here.
