What investment range are you looking for?
Are you buying more for proven traffic or potential?

Looking for both actually. If the site has a ton of potential, then I may be interested, but it always helps to have some revenue to show. For sites with revenue, 16x is really the max I think my client would be willing to pay, unless it has been around for a long time and still has potential for growth.

i am always looking to flip sites myself and by chance I am about to BUILD some car related sites. These aren't high quality sites, mostly directories, classifieds, scraper sites.
