[WTB]Need bank account with world wide accept ATM card

Hy, My country doesn't support paypal. So I need a bank account from any paypal supported country with worldwide useable ATM card like visa or master card etc.

You need to do:

• Create a bank account in your country but you won't use that. And you will issue me all the info and send me ATM card which active worldwide I mean so that I can withdraw from my country.
• Then you will create a paypal id for me and verify with that bank account. And let paypal know that you travel often.

• so I will use that paypal id and will withdraw to that bank and will cash with ATM card from my country....
