Only looking for quality software links from indexed pages (High PR a plus). Preferably web content management, or enterprise software related but I'm not too picky. No .info sites or general blogs plz. Contextual links with anchor text would be great.

Been doing SEO quite some time and have some other feelers out so keep it competitive and we'll get this done quick.
Will also need solid itrader or a trusted member of the forum vouching for you if you have enough sites to take the whole budget.
