When there is mobile APP's eventually as your site claims. If we currently owned a copy would we get the rights to the programming behind the app's? To edit them according to how were using the script?

I haven't claimed anything regarding a mobile APP.
About the coding rights - do whatever you wish with the codes I provide you... use it however you see fit except redistributing it of course.
