this guy doesn't get it,

I gave him 10 questions and 10 answers that I wanted him to post onto yahoo answers withhis own account snad pick his own answer as best answer (Only way to garantee that the answer shows up on the website for people who are not logged in)..

He doesn't do it.. I asked him 3 or 4 times to go and select the answer he wrote as the best answer. But I get no response...

Please complete the work, I can only send payment AFTER the work is complete
 
Hi,

I sent you project details and made a paypal payment (ID# #98599042E3401901W) last monday. I sent you an email last thursday to which you didn't reply. It's almost been a week and I haven't heard from you. You reassured with you won't have a problem with my niche. I can't stand attitude like this. Let me know if there is a some sort of an issue causing this delay, technical difficulties or whatever just don't leave me hanging in the air like this wondering what happened. I haven't received a report from you yet and I'm giving you till Monday to reply and then I will take this up with paypal. Thanks.
 
@carin, i think the guy is havning some sort of issue, althugh i check his stats and he has definately logged in. I'm sure that he hasn't fobbed you off and will get back to you.

I haven't paid him yet, i will pay when the job is done. if you already paid and not got the work, then in future make sure you pay on delivery.

But I guess with 0 itrader I can't blame people for not starting work for you without getting payment.
