I spoke to a rep on the phone only thing she could say is keep blocking them. If you don't know how to block the domains check out MadPPC Yahoo! - The Real Deal Pt. 3 What I usually do is visit the site the traffic came from if it is some parked domain definitely block it. But if it is a search site just give it some more time might actually convert. Also .info domains always get the block.
 
Yup Yahoo is gay like that you have to go in and manually disable the sites you don't want your ads on. It sucks but you have to do it by hand.
 
Yeah, this is a known problem. Some search partners (read parked domains) produce a lot of clicks with no conversions ever and I've already discovered a pattern: A lot of these sites have the same script in the URL. There's no way they produce this amount of clicks from organic. They never bring in conversions. A clear case for click fraud, read this: Click fraud case study: Adwords and YSM compared

All you can do is block the domains, which is a stupid work. Fortunately they recently increased the number of domains you can block, at least!
