Yahoo Site explorer link search

I've been buying links (basically signing up for links on all these directories) and when I checked yahoo site explorer, it tells me that my site has no incoming links.

Everytime I submitted my site to one of these directories it was added so I'm not sure why none of the links are showing up.

Does it just take time?

Yahoo probably hasn't visited those directories and noticed your new link yet... try social bookmarking the directory listing page a few times

Ahh, this is actually a common question/problem. I'm guessing you didn't search the forum for the answer? Someone posted the same thing not to long ago. It's pretty much all explained here.
