Also, will these comments stay on the original page or roll off to lower pages?

Review:

For my review package I received 6 links on PR 2-4 websites. The turnaround time was good, it was about 1-2 days which is quite natural and a good time for this type of service. 5/5 there.

Quality - I checked all the URLs carefully and most of them had quite a lot of OBL. So I won't be getting that much juice but some of them did have some fairly low OBL (Under 50). So with quality, Id say 3/5.

Communication - 5/5, no issues faced.

What can be Improved? For that price, I would expect comments on blogs with much fewer comments. If the OP can refresh his list and comment on low OBL blogs then this is a 5/5 service. Thanks.
 
Review:

1. I received 6 links: 2xPR2, 3xPR3, 1xPR4.
2. Turnaround time was ~24 hours.
3. The comments were pretty generic in nature, but not overly obvious in being spam (except of course for the anchor rich link to a highly competitive phrase, lol). The only reason I don't think this matters so much is there was quite a bit of other noise going on with these targets...spammed a bit too much already.

I'll echo what Leith said above; if the OP can freshen up the list a bit, this service will be worth the $. The biggest problem it faces right now is the links getting marginalized by excessive links already & not sticking on the first page for more than a couple days max given the volume.

I'm very curious to how closely the sample 6 sites represents some of the bigger packages. If BulkR63B has a lot more sites with lower OBL (so the links stick for a longer period of time) then a $700 price tag could be justified. I'll let the OP weigh in on that. Otherwise I see no reason why someone shouldn't test out the PackageVPC for $14, which is almost 3x what I got as a review.
 
Review:

Received an over delivery of 8 blog comments, which is always nice.
Service was provided well with in TAT
Majority of the blog posts have very high OBL
Communication was flawless.

and for the part that matters; there has been no increase in SERPs for a very low competitive longtail that I used to test. This is probably due to the large amount of OBLs.
