Communication: 5/5 Hit me up on skype, asked some questions, sent me a file with some choices, I picked one with "only" 590 exact volume and an estimated CPC of $20+. Since I don't usually build adsense sites, I picked a domain I knew I could monetize in other ways, even at the low search volume.

These are wordpress blogs, which means everything is theme based. I dont do anything you wouldnt be able to do.

I wouldnt feel comfortable charging for that service as it is very simple and like I said, you could do it your self no problem.
