Hey everyone,

I'm Rob and i'm the owner of a Speed Dating business called DateinaDash.com. We run Speed Dating events in London, England. Speed Dating is quite popular and essentially involves getting a group of singles together in a venue and having short dates with each other. At the end of each date they mark on their scorecards whether they want to see that person again and the following day the matches are revealed through our website.

We have held four events so far but it's always difficult to get members in and we often give away free tickets to fill spaces. I'm struggling to get anywhere in the search engines and PPC is costing a bomb.

This seems like a great community and I would really appreciate some thoughts and ideas on how to market this business or any methods you could think of to promote the website. I have used loads of fake profiles on dating websites to advertise which is effective but they're often deleted. I've also attended other dating companies events and handed out business cards but they soon caught on and banned me.

Also, any thoughts on the website design, layout, Search Engine Optimization and anything else would be appreciated.

People are just jealous because they got a chance to look at what you've built. You're doing lots of stuff correctly, but there are a few places where you could improve.

Your site is pink and girly as shit. Why are you targeting the wrong audience? What dude wants to sign up for pretty pretty princess speed dating? Rich dudes aren't going to put up with that shit so you're going the end up with a bunch of losers that have to ask their Mom's for $20 and to be able to borrow the minivan. Everyone involved is going to be disappointed.

You need to target rich dudes. They don't give a shit about money and chicks will starve themselves to get the money to buy a stupid fucking ticket to your shitty event. Gold diggers will take it on the face, in the ass, out in public, in the back seat of a BMW, anywhere to get that meal ticket. You'll have to beat women off if you can get dudes with money to your events, so get rid of that pink shit.

Rich dudes are generally boring and lame. Well, at least the one's that will sign up for speed dating. Wow, a DJ until 11 PM!!!!!! That's fucking stupid. An open motherfucking bar is what you need. Booze + horny singles = sex and repeat customers.

What do you do with the fucking banker loser who all the women hate? He's got the money. Build a fucking sales funnel. If you aren't getting referral money from escort agencies you're doing it wrong. Give him a card to an escort agency where he can pay some chick to pretend she gives a shit about the standard deviation on his attempts to ram his dick into something other than his hand.

You're also in the wrong place and you'd get better advice here.
