Hey dchuck, how reliable are the project start and end dates? I see start date on Start Date: 9/17/2010 and Due On: 9/22/2010 but not one task started yet. Just wondering about these dates, thanks.

Nearly 100% reliable. The only two things that will potentially prolong the delivery of any project is if there are changes/requests made for the content, if a property gets deleted for whatever reason and needs to be replaced, or if the comment links get delayed a few hours (they are supplied by another vendor and processed by us). You'll see your project get completed pretty much all tomorrow night.

Essentially, the start dates and end dates just dictate the range of dates within which the project should be completed. My workers don't see the projects until we hit the start date, so that allows me to schedule things in advance and move around things to best fit the currently available bandwidth.

Hope that helps!

Ah I see, was just wondering because every task was labeled with "not started" ;-) Thanks for clarifying :)

Alrightie, just delivered a ton of reports, and will be sending over a ton more tonight. If anyone needs anything, let me know. I have a few sweet updates coming out soon, as well as a few new packages that should be right up your guys' alleys.

Thanks everyone.

Shit looks so sexy that I had to place an order.
Awesome backend bro.
Ordered some links for a niche site ranking #28. I'll report a month after the report how serious this stuff really is.

Suggestion: ability to pay for multiple orders at once. I also have to go back and forth from Paypal to your site, I can't pay in a separate tab/window. PITA

I ordered the Gold Web 2.0 Package - not the Booster package.

For full disclosure this package was a replacement (or bonus - whatever you want to call it) after placing and paying for one of the original packages earlier this past summer. I know Darrin has been working hard over the summer revamping his system and getting his workers going. In my opinion the new Interface and communication with Darrin were great (communication was significantly better).

The interface is sweet and will make managing projects much easier. The built in messaging makes it easy to communicate and stay on top of any issues or concerns. Response times for any messages I sent were quick.

The articles were pretty decent quality (as someone else mention they should pass ezine) and the originals (before spinning) all passed Copyscape. The spinning of the articles was OK, but I would have liked them to be spun more. There were a few minor issues with some images and links but they were resolved fairly quickly.

Overall I was impressed with the new system and will order more. I recommend people give the Booster package a try and check out the Interface and how it all works. I would assume many of you would then be back for some larger packages and/or more booster packages, I know I will!

Appreciate the review and feedback david, it was a pleasure working with you. We'll continue to improve the content quality through our new orders per yours (and others) suggestions.

Thanks!

Finally got round to chacking an order from ages ago, top stuff, well worth the money.

lazy ass...

Thanks dude, always fun to pry you away from your software to get you to work on your sites.

Updates: I have gone through and updated a bunch of orders for new delivery dates that are realistic, as well as messaged everyone with pending items for review. All of my people are working overtime right now to tie together all loose ends of projects and we should be on track and ready to go by the end of tomorrow night. No Friday night fun for me but that's ok, there's always next week :)

Shoot me a message if you need anything. Thanks!

A bit disappointed with the turnaround.. placed my order on the 19th, still no report. You should hire more people :)

While I agree with you on hiring more workers, I'll take this as an opportunity to explain the deadlines and delivery times a bit. Since you placed an order on the 19th, it will start as early as the 20th, and that really depends on how the current workload looks. I have had people place orders that I didn't schedule to start until 2 days after submitting, simply because we were booked.

Your project looks to be set to be delivered by tomorrow, the 25th, so I think we're good to go. Basically, the start and end dates I set are the earliest the project will be started and the latest they will be delivered. I'm still studying how much my workers can handle at one time so I have to adjust dates some times (like I did yesterday) but for the most part, we deliver within 24 hours of the quoted time.

I'll be working late tonight so if anyone wants to chat with me about anything, feel free to PM me or email me and we can. Should be delivering about a dozen projects today and a few more tomorrow.

Thanks guys

ordered with you way back on the 19th. Deadline has passed and according to your little panel you haven't even started on my project yet. Refund the cash and learn how to run a biz before you offer services. Wtf is it with these forum freelancers why is it 90% of them cant deliver what they charge for?

^this....so I'm not the only one I guess. Had one project due yesterday and it shows only 7% done, basically only the article has been written.

I had placed 2 more orders but haven't sent payment because a) I sent a message on the 23rd that I made an error on the keyword and it still hasn't been attended to nor fixed and b) I wanted to see how the 1st project would turn out.

I even gave him the benefit of the doubt when a message wasn't replied to before I placed any orders and pmd him instead of posting in the thread thinking he just missed it.

It's too bad because this looked like a great system. You would have had at least a few thousand in orders from me alone over the next few weeks. Oh well...either refund or finish my order I don't really care which one.

In before 17 paragraph explanation and sob/sorry letter from OP to forgive him for his failures because he took on more work than he could handle and he is very sorry and just had an epiphany and it will never happen again if you just give him one more chance and try his "recovery" package.

Same here, I had 19 more sites I planned to drop orders on @ $185 each once I had received acceptable deliverables on the first one and thats just whats on my plate right this moment. Congrats on losing out on $3700 over the next 2 weeks. I tell ya man people baffle me.

I just responded to your most recent message through my control panel before this, but since you like to post publicly right after messaging me privately, I will respond here too.

I scheduled your project to be delivered by today. I have explained earlier in this thread that the start/end dates that I mark down are just estimates of when the schedule will allow for a project to be completed by. You have 3 articles pending for review right now, and if those were approved a few hours ago, the 3 account people I had lined up specifically for your project would be finishing their work within the next few hours and your work would have been delivered.

Please respond to my message I sent and advise me on what you would like to do next. I have people waiting to do your project, there are things that need to be taken care of before any course of action can take place.

Thank you.

Your paid for project will be completed before the morning. I have just modified your keyword, sorry about that.

No sob letters. Work is being done. Please advise privately how you would like to handle things with your two pending orders.
