Definitely a glitch in the system. I deactivated my campaigns and received a further 100,000 impressions even when they were turned off. I've got a negative balance.

Hopefully they'll be refunded later today. Until then, all campaigns on pause.
 
My account went negative almost $1400 :(
But talked to BEN and they are looking into the problem and hopefully they will fix it today. They are good people.
 
Well i think stopping my campaigns is the way to go for today...Quite inconvenient to run ads with innaccurate numbers:S Let's hope it's fixed tonight!!
 
Even with everything paused my budget keeps dwindling. It's at a much slower rate but money just leaks from the account with 0 impressions. Hope they can fix it even with the holiday weekend. Routine maintenance turned out to be not so routine. :) Good luck with the fixes Ben and thank you for reaching out with updates.

Now to find another traffic source for the time being. Have no idea how long the outage will be.
 
I'm also being charged even though I paused all my campaigns, at least $200 in the last 20 minutes.

Reporting was also completely broken all afternoon, which cost me a lot of money. I expect a full refund for today's spend.
 
ROI is pretty bad. :) 0 impressions, $400+, 0 conversions. I'm not hemorrhaging cash as fast as AffApprentice but it's about $15-$20 an hour just slowly trickling away into cyberspace.

With a long holiday weekend in Canada I'm not having high hopes. This will be costly and I hope they figure out how much to credit. It's in the hundreds for me and probably many others. I don't envy Ben in this situation!
 
They credited a few hundred dollars to my account. But Im still down about $600 for impressions and clicks that I did not get. It seems like they are off from work now :( So this glitch/problem on their system is costing tons of money being lost, time wasted, campaigns paused, off stats, messed up tracking. What a mess :(

Hope they are working hard to resolve this issue because it sucks BIG time. Good luck POF guys, hope you guys can resolve the problem fast and thank you for the updates!

I'm in the same boat. They credited me a small fraction of what I was overcharged, and that was before I started getting charged for impressions that weren't served. With a big weekend ahead of us, needless to say I'm a little pissed, but from all my dealings with Ben and PoF, I expect they'll be straight with us on this and issue full credits where they're due. I've already lost nearly $10k from this glitch :(

It's a shame we're all missing out on the Friday night trade (not to mention the weekend if this isn't resolved until Monday...), but again I'm hopeful that PoF will be fair on this. Total bummer.
 
@AffApprentice - And I thought losing $1k was bad. :) On the plus side, at least you have that waiting for ya when they fix it. I just wish we had more insight into whether or not they are even worrying about it over the weekend. I don't want to sit here habitually refreshing all weekend long.

Hope you're right so we can salvage what's left of the long weekend. What terrible timing. Anyhow, I got credited about 10%, but I wasn't expecting anything, so it was a nice gesture. I'm sure the other 90% will follow but I'd certainly rather have them focus on a fix than a refund right now. :)
 
Yeah, I had a strange day, too. The main campaign screen has been showing about 5 times as many impressions as the reports, yet I've been paying for all those impressions. It was still adding more impressions hours after I paused all my campaigns, and of course my ROI dropped like a rock. Any news as to whether we'll all get reimbursed for having paid for the phantom impressions?

How did you guys get your refund? I haven't been doing POF very long, so I don't know the proper channels yet. Not sure if just submitting a ticket will do the trick...
