Azoogle steps up to the plate...

Hey all,

I cant thank you all enough for your support on both ends, I see why you all stand behind Joe and his team at Azoogle the way you do. Keep it up and I too will join that band wagon. After the way this was handled I am a fan.

I got an email this morning from Phil assuring me my payment and we need to talk I got on the phone and I must say he handled this like a man. He cleared up the problem within a few minutes, conveyed why the miscommunication happened and told me what needed to be done. Which was accept the mistake I made and take a charge back for the leads but that was it, all the rest was ok & I will be paid. I am confident that they will make it up to me to insure the that I keep sending traffic. Then later this afternoon I got an email with a tracking # that my check was in.

So after all the worrying and some great advice, Azoogle seems to be on top of there game I recomend to anyone intrested in this business to use them, I can almost be sure that they will keep there word. So far they have to me!

Good to hear they're taking care of you. Maybe you should put an azoogle link in your sig instead of the broken copeac link :)
 
Told ya so!

The two networks I have the most friends in is Azoogle and Copeac. The reason is not because they are both based in NYC, but because they both have the best people working for them. Even though Azoogle may be a lot bigger than Copeac, they are the only two affiliate networks that will side with their affiliates and make sure everything is settled on a both professional and personal level to make sure that the affiliate is well taken care of. With most other networks they just look at the cash or the situation on hand, and not in the future. I have a feeling there are other networks out there just like these two, but if any of them are reading this, take note of Copeac and Azoogle as being the leaders in customer support. For a while Azoogle didn't have the best support in the world, but over the last year or so they've dedicated a lot of their training to it, and it's starting to really show.

Kudos to both networks for gaining my trust and confidence. Even though I no longer plan on being an affiliate, I will continue to refer affiliates both big and small to these guys for a long long time.

Glad everything was resolved so quickly too. I'm closing the other thread since it's been settled.

PS - Also shows the power of this forum ;)
 
Yeah, sweet dude. I forwarded the post on to my AM @ azoogle and she told me this morning that she had sent it on to the right people.

Great news Mike! :)

What I still don't understand is why you guys want to receive checks with such high amounts of payout? Why not a bank wire?
Personally, I hate checks! It literally can take ages before you will receive your check (maybe that's because I am an international affiliate & in the US it goes much faster receiving a check). For me a bank wire is perfect way of cash flow, especially when you doing ppc!

I was actually amazed by copeac getting mike a ticket to asw. They are by far the best company in the industry, I have more respect for them now then I have for anyone in the industry,

Agreed, and they are very very helpful for newbs like me.
