I will answer here since I want to be clear.
Almost all those above are profile backlinks.So,you will get your backlink in: bio,signature or your homepage section of your profile. Same thing with the edu blogs since most of the links are edu forums.(except 4 wich are auto approve comments)
At the .gov backlinks, one is auto approve comment and the other is profile backlink
 
I purchased this package and have to say it was exactly what was promised. Good lists of sites and well organized. They can add power to link building activity and will save me some time. Very happy with what wizzard delivered.

This is a very good list. I recommend it to anyone looking for some high-juice BL's for some extra serp power.
 
Honest review:

Registering and viewing the public profile is confusing at times. Some sites disabled the option completely. But sheer number of links definitely make it worthwhile. The special pack of .edu backlinks alone is worth the price. There is around 4 packs like that inside.

Although having it a organized a bit better (may be sort "Auto approve comment" , "profile backlink") would be great. Still worth it.
