Funny thing that I bidded like $2 CPM for US/UK and it was enough...international was same rate or more. Bad thing that their traffic not better (low conversions, very few uniques, depends on offer and promotion of course, but still...) than arcade which is way cheaper.

This is a huge niche where CTR and CVR have an inverse effect.

That's a given in absolutely any vertical. It's an indirect correlation with CTR, the actual reason is typically because of more traffic. As long as the % decline in your effective CPCs is higher (as a result of better CTR "pushy" ads) than the drop in the conversion rates, you're still better off.

Why CPA networks do not accepting e-mail traffic for games ?

I've always wondered this too. I figure it has something to do with the game domain getting SBL'd but I'm still not clear on this.
