Review:
Turnaround time: It took about 72 hours for me to receive my report.
Pros: 100 links from fresh domains on 25 c-class ips. He also gives you the spun article which is a nice touch. I checked 5-10 of the links randomly and they all seem to be using a different wordpress theme which is always nice.
Cons: Most of the sites are .infos and it looks like they've had very little (if any) link building done to them. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to try and invest in some domains that either have PR or just throw some links at all of the domains so that they get indexed more often. This doesn't effect me that much as I plan to do a lot of link building to my individual pages, but it would be good if the root sites had more links pointing to them otherwise it looks a bit suss.
Overall: 6/10

I have just bought xrumer and iam scraping the database to be able to build PR for the sites. Hope after a week i will start link-building. The sites are new so iam keeping it low. I have only done few socialbookmarks on the root site.
Dont worry about indexing. They all will be indexed in 3-4 days time.

As stated by OP, all the domains are PR0 and only 8 are .com and the rest are .info domains. However, it is a good investment now since OP has stated he is building up the sites indexing and PR. I will look forward to more .com domains in the future with more Geo/IP diversity!

Appreciate your feedback. I will try to add more GEO diversity to my hosting. Just not sure which ones allow diff c-class for each site you order. So temporarily iam sticking to my current host.
