Look, if you want to die then you can do it, but if you want to live a great life you can also do it. It's your choice, but before you make a decision that you can't undo you should try some things that may change your views on life (not only change your mind) and maybe in the end you will be a happy person.
Firstly, get some Seroxat (Paxil). Either go to a pharmacy or if you need a prescription go to a doctor and get one. Yes it is not my place to start to tell you what drugs to take and yes it is not a 100% safe drug. But it does work and fuck it it's less dangerous than the alternative.
Second, go out and do some stuff that you wouldn't normally do. Get yourself out of your comfort zone. Yes it will feel really uncomfortable, but it will start to fire some neurons that are pretty dormant at the moment. You would be surprised how much pushing yourself out of your comfort zone can help.
Thirdly, wake up at a decent hour in morning and go and do some strenuous exercise for at least 30 mins, preferably and hour and then when you go to bed make sure you do it at a decent time. Do this for at least 5 days (preferably permanently when you see the benefits to your mental health).
Fourthly, don't go onto web forums or chat rooms that are full of people who a) haven't been through the same thing or b) are of a pretty immature level. It is a very masochistic thing to do, so from that level its understandable (like cutting), but it wont help your situation.
Intelligence is a breading ground for depression, but it can be a cycle that can be broken. Logic does not get you out of depression, it just doesn't work that way, you need to get out of your comfort zone and realize that life is about experiencing different things and emotions and not about trying to work everything out.
You are at rock bottom at the moment, so just go try a few other things that you have never done, what will it hurt?
For all of you who are gonna flame me for indulging her I don't give a shit. I have been there before and came out the other side and am now happy, healthy, married to the woman I love and pretty well off money wise to boot.
