I must say I'm very impressed with the overall service and value for money. I got a 50% off review for 20k comments.
I had the report within 24 hours of sending my details and tim880722 over-delivered by 50% i.e. he created around 30,000 auto-approved comments for me.
I gave him around 350 URLs to promote with around 30 anchor texts, and he used them all as required. All links were placed correctly. The number of outbound links was anywhere from 10 to 500.
I am not in a position to quote the exact number of outgoing links but I think I can safely claim that less than a half of the blog posts had more than 150 comments. So its pretty good for the price. A lot many of the blogs are nofollow as well but when you are going to order bulk work, it doesn't really matter and I'd love the natural mix of nofollow/dofollow for the cheap price.

* overdelivery!
* speed - order completed about 12 hours after payment
* good communication
* report - i got a text file of all the urls where my link was placed
* spinability - he was able to spin my link anchor text
* accuracy - i checked about 30 random links and they were there live as requested
* price - worked out to less than a dollar for 1K links!!!
CONs
* of the 30 or i checked only a couple were dofollow
* high OBL - i saw one with just 3 links but majority were near or over 100. a few in the 1000s
* let's face it, it's comment spam but i knew that going in.
* of the 9K+ links, 900 were unique domains, so about 10%
