No, they fired everyone and hired 3 new ones. They don't know anything besides that your eCPM should be .35 or higher and you may get impressions if the flying pig that delivers milk to the moon doesn't get a speeding ticket.

have fun - remind yourself to charge them back after they charge you iranian traffic and refuse to credit you.
 
Check your email, you should of got a email explaining how to contact support via email but i doubt they'll be of much help tbh.

The Myads system is hit and miss. I thought when rubicon bought it over they'd sort it but i thought wrong...
 
how big are your guys demos? are you being too granular? up until like mid dec I was spending about 1.5k - 2k day... so its deff possible... you cant be too granular with ages and other demo targeting

atleast that is what i have found

1.5 mil+ demos. It seems like it takes 2-3 days for the traffic to trickle in which makes sense but even when it does, quality flat out sucks. I spent well into the mid 6 figures last year and cannot figure it out for the life of me. My hats off to any of you guys still making it work.

Apparently I'm riding the myads short bus? :p
