Here's what you need to do to see if your feelings are true. Call her up and tell her to come over so you can turn it out again. IF you can look at her and still have rekindled feelings after you get your rocks off then they are legit. If you have no interest after an ejaculation and can't stand to have her in the room after you'll know to send her back on her way for another 3 years.

You shouldn't even remember her birthday after 3 years, dude. I forgot my most recent ex's bday this year, and she sent me an awkward, "sarcastic" message about me forgetting her birthday, which I promptly ignored. She still tries to chat shit up on Gtalk.
