Why WOULD this be a joke? Russians do strange stuff. This just seems like real... scam, everything from russia whatever does.
Adelaida just say what it's about instead of requireing a PM.

Wild guess..: Your "ppc search engine system" = create spam pages > do link dumping > redirect to a ppc engine...

From the general stats you posted and the fact that you're russian or something, I'd say the ppc engine is klikvip...

Your stats aren't really impressive if I'm right with the above. But you probably figured that out so now you're after the 10% referral commission, right?

There is it not klikvip.
No 10%, referral commission there 5%.
