Tried verifying the yellow line, the Userpanel, Already clicked all the clickable items in someones account and still cannot see his/her rep points, also searched the forums as well and still has no answer.

Click "edit signature" and save it. Scroll down and you'll see something like "most recent reputation points received". Wouldve dickrolled you but I'm mobile right now.
