anyone else's azoogle payment late?

I get my payments wire transferred and i usually get them on the 16th. I figure that maybe its late because of presidents day, but my accounts getting low and i just wanted to check. anyone else?
 


My payment has not arrived, either. Also, their stats page hasn't been working for shit over the last 2 days.
 
Same here; stats are fine.

So, the 1099's are late along with payments, what the hell is happening?
 
Yeah guys, make sure you get those 1099's filled out and done. I once missed a few of them, or just forgot, and I was almost screwed on tax season. Luckily my CPA caught it in time.
 
Talked to one of my AR's and he said it should be in my account tomorrow as it was already sent and just wasn't posted yet.
 
As far as I know 1099 and other tax statements need to be handed over by January 31st each year. Why is Azoogleads violating these government requirements?

Half way through 2006 I became incorporated. I received my 1099 for my personal stuff from CPA Empire, but I didn't receive on for my corporation (second half of 2006). I asked my AM there to check with accounting. Their response was that "We don’t send 1099s to corporations since they are not required to claim earnings paid to them from another company."


Does anyone know if that's true?
