Sit tight. We are still working on getting everything solid after the migration. All our efforts are focused on getting things back up and running.

For the moment, yes, sign-ups are disabled.

Well damn. I've been going through this for the past 2 days, thought it be at least be fixed by now.

No offense to you, but i have important client reports to send out, and can't send them when i'm dependent on your rank tracker.

Hopefully it'll be fixed soon, cuz everybody's been talking about this ranktracker, and i may have to switch if this remains inaccurate.

Just curious if there will be an email sent out telling us how long we should expect to see wrong results or that things should be fixed?

My rankings look depressingly low now (saying my best ranking is 25 when it's 4 and saying many of my keywords were blown off the G results period) and it's a bit pathetic that the seobook toolbar is more accurate at the moment.

+1 - at least an update of some kind would be nice from you guys. Just wanna hear from you. My rankings appear to be randomly read.. some are accurate, others are 5-10 places off, others are actually ranked #3 but sescout thinks it's ranked 471, etc..

Ok. We've pretty much been through 72 hours of hell/little sleep in order to get everything up and running how it should be. We believe things are finally beginning to stabilize again. We've had server crashes, migrations, dns failures and numerous other problems over the past week.

Basically it comes down to the fact that we are scraping a MASSIVE number of rankings each and every day. It's definitely been a huge learning experience for us. Josh and I really didn't know at what point, or how big we would have needed to scale. Turns out it was soon and by a big amount. Going from a managed server where your host handles everything for you, to completely running your own dedicated server from top to bottom is a huge change.

Our top priority is and has always been to provide proper ranking statistics on a regular basis. Many of you noticed we disabled both sign-ups and upgrades. This was so we could focus 100% on getting things up to speed. We plan on leaving it like this until things are solid again.

We greatly appreciate everyones patience during this speed-bump. Please continue to submit any discrepancies or issues you might be experiencing. I apologize if I haven't been able to respond personally to any bug reports over the past 72 hours, it's been rather hectic over here.

If you are experiencing wrong / missing rankings, please submit your findings using the contact form on the site. It's hard to diagnose the problem if the only response is "everything is wrong" when in reality it might only be 2 or 3 keywords.

I just submitted an example, I am seeing almost a whole domain with all its rankings way off in some cases by more than 100
