My Review:
I ordered Plan B and have received two reports thus far.
3 Days for Plan B at 4000 links per day is 12,000 links. I received reports with about 17,000. I ran them through scrapebox and about 10,000 checked good. This provider also has great communication and delivers a new report every other day.
so I received about 10,000/12,000... not too bad of a ratio.
All in all, for the price, I would definitely recommend this service.

just a quick update of this service, i have ordered this service 10 days ago and every 2-3 days i get report on the work done so far, i took the 4000 comments per day and in each report the op over deliver around 40% more links!
just one hassle here, many of the comments i checked doesn't last 24 hours before it get to 2nd comments page, but for this price and amount of links if 50% of the links will stick i will be happy.
all in all good service at a good cost, recommended!
i will post here an update when the job complete and I'll see some ranking improvement.
