I am running incentivized offers but the stupid mturk team is beginning to really piss me off...

"ACCOUNT WARNING: your hit has been removed for violating these rules; bla bla bla"

I've tried everything to get around them and it's kinda not working out well...

Does anybody have any experience with mturk who is willing to help me stop getting account warnings and suspended accounts? Or get under their radar?

This is my main source of income right now and I really need to find a way to get them to not remove my hits..

does that actually work? I thought about it a while ago but I figured the amazon would never let it fly. thats awesome you've gotten it to go till now at least.

using mechanical turk to fill out offers is your main source of income? I'd suggest kindly fucking off - actually nvm, no kindly necessary, just fuck off and die

While you can argue that using mturk is a type of incentivization, it is the absolute lowest quality kind and there aren't many networks that will allow that kind of traffic even on campaigns that do allow incentive traffic. You might want to start exploring other ways to make money.

I feel like I finally get to see the post before the inevitable "OMG AFF NETWORK CHEATS ME OF MONIEZ."

PS Why is it that every time someone comes up with a "brilliant idea" it somehow involves fucking someone else over?

The network I use allows me to use mturk.. I have spoken with the aff. Manager and he said it was ok...

And I am paying everybody who actually does the work on mturk.. So I'm not screwing anybody over..

Anyways.. Can anybody answer my question???

This is why we can't have nice things.

Clearly Amazon doesn't like it, and as Steve said, it's even shit traffic by incent standards.

And there are a few fuckers out there running (or trying to run) non incent offers on MTurk, and pissing off some fairly large agencies/brands in the process - This is probably what's leading to a crackdown there. Anyway, here is the participation agreement for MTurk, with what you're violating, or may be violating, bolded:

Some examples of invalid HITs include requests that:

Require disclosure of the Worker's identity or e-mail address, either directly or indirectly
Require registration at another website or group
Directly or indirectly promote a site, service, or opinion

Violate the terms and conditions of an activity or website (for instance asking Workers to vote for something)
Have explicit or offensive content, for instance, nudity, but do not have the Adult Content Qualification
Ask Workers to solicit third parties
Generate "referred" site visits or click through traffic
Ask workers to take action to manipulate a search engine's relationship data
Violate copyrights
Adapt or die. And by that, I mean find something where you actually provide value. If you can't create more MTurk accounts, and you're dead, deal with it - find a new way to make money.

I know what you mean..

But my aff. Manager said I can only promote download offers on mturk (which I am doing)

I don't do blackhat methods.. I don't screw networks over

From blam ads...

I can show you a screenshot if you would like..

I asked: do you allow mturk
He said: for downloads only

So that's what I did.. Made some good money too..

And idk how I am breaking terms of service if I don't ask anybody to sign up or register or put in any kind of personal info

lol that's pretty smart actually. I'm guessing those mturk users work from their home computers, so there's a chance to monetize them by sneaking some ads in during a later time.

I don't think you're violating that above quoted agreement, since downloads don't ask for user information upfront. I'm guessing you're just asking the user to simply download/install it, and it's probably setting off flags since it's out of the ordinary. Try throwing in a task after installing the software. "Install this software, then goto mysite.com/blabla and correct the grammer on it."

I guess I can try that.. Thanks

^^ I dont see why everybody started freaking out...
Why are people freaking out? Because micro-job traffic is completely, totally and without exception nothing but crap that has zero value for the merchant. The people who complete these micro-jobs are doing nothing more than following the steps they're told to do and have absolutely no interest in the product/service they're signing up for. All they're doing is blindingly filling out fake information to get their $0.25 and once they've done one job, they move to the next, then to the next, etc.

These crap leads cause headaches on the merchant side when they have to deal with all this fake data and cause headaches on the network side when merchants take a dump on the network for compliance issues.

If your AM is telling you that you can use micro-job sites to generate leads, I can tell you unequivocally that the merchant at the end of the line isn't aware of it and certainly doesn't want that kind of traffic. Why? BECAUSE IT'S CRAP!

There is not one merchant in this business that wants fake leads. Fake leads is all you get out of any micro-job site.
