Hiring Foreign Workers: Minimum Age Requirement

I did a search on the US Department of Labor but couldn't find anything about minimum age requirements of hiring a foreign worker to telecommute for an employer in the US.

Since a worker could venture to certain sites to take material, and that someone could be under age without my knowledge, I want to know the law since I cannot prove that the worker is of age, even if he tells me he is.

Anyone know the US law on this?

yeh, i thought this was laughable. When I was 18 I went to London with a tour group and they specifically pointed out that even though it was legal to drink in England at 18, it was strictly against the law in the US and therefore illegal. Of course we all did it anyways. Fuck the US. if I'm in another country then I'm gonna play by their rules.
