Here's my voluntary review of the service.

Speed: 3.5/5
Took 4 days.

Communication: 3.5/5
Was not very responsive to queries on when package would be delivered.
Did not communicate clearly on ETA.

Quality: 4/5
After 3-4 days, Scrapebox found 350 BLs out of 956 posted in Tier 1. Not fantastic but not bad either for the price. Some of the info like hobbies and location were filled in and might help things look more authentic. Good touch here.

Summary: Worth getting for the money. OP needs to improve on communication on ETAs and it seems he has noticed this.

Honest Review

The Bad:
I purchased the 400 / 2600 package and after 5 days was provided with 343 / 3051; since that first tier is the important one I feel it underdelivered given the timeframe and outcome of the link #s.

The Good:
The anchors were correct in the 1st tier and the spot-checked 2nd did point to the 1st tier results, so the process was as advertised.

Takeaway:
I wasn't blown away, but I wasn't dismayed either. For $16 I'd probably use again, but would probably test around a bit too.
