REVIEW:

The Good: He gave me an extra edu link and an extra PR2 link. He also produced the report very quickly.
The Bad: All the comments were compliments and not really relevant to the post. Furthermore, the OBL is rather high.

Overall: good, but not great. I don't regret ordering it and would do it again, but I won't give anyone a very high grade if the comments are compliments rather than relevant discussions of the actual topic.

Also, how many unique domains do you have? Is it possible to just get you to hit up every unique domain you have? Is it possible to get you to only target sites that don't have a comments section that has more than one page?
