If you really believe that Islam kills people then you must believe that Christianity does also. Because those KKK guys were good upstanding Christians.

You cannot have a rational discussion with anybody that believe a certain religion or race all behave the same. I don't know the equivalent word on the religious side. But on the race side it would be called racism.

The difference is, the bible itself does not condone killing infidels or others just because their different. Also, it doesnt reward you for killing those people in the name of God. Please find me a passage in the new testament for this.

However, the same can not be said for islam.

Catholic priests are the ones who fucked up, not Catholics in general. That saying, do you see the priests threatening people that their kids will be raped? No. Do you see people using images of Jesus in commercial and satiric context? Yes. Do you remember what happened after Mohammad's (whatever the spelling is) images were shown up in Swedish newspaper? It caused killing and overreaction from AVERAGE Muslims, not only leaders. Feel the difference?

I don't know the number of Muslims quitting after terrorist attacks but if it would be some significant number media will spot it quickly just as they did with Irish Catholics quitting the church. So it might be zero to some insignificant number at the best.

I don't say all of Muslims are terrorists and no one with clear mind will ever tell it. Just saying there is a serious problem inside Muslims community which some people trying to deny. And the terrorism is just one of these problems.

It's not safe if you increase the number and types of people doing it. In the case of my kids (who have tried to reason me into letting them) they can't walk through the house with out tripping - and they can't follow basic instructions from any adult reliably. Would they be even remotely safe sky diving?

I will do some research as I'm sure they declared the war on America which doesn't make sense anyway as Al Qaeda is not officially recognized as a country so they can only declare the war using words with no legal consequences.

For a majority things like terrorism DO matter. People like to feel secure. They can accept accidental death as a part of life but no one will accept murdering as something natural.

Good things will be always overshadowed by bad ones. Catholic church has plenty of missions, charities etc. Few priests took all the church's good reputation down by molesting the kids. This is how it works. Hard work need to be done if you want to change your reputation. Integration, less demands and adhering to the Western countries rules (for Muslims staying in those countries) would be great start to change bad reputation.
