Speed: Signed up, logged in and the report was there. Do I need to say more? Hardly took me 2 mins to get the report from the dashboard. 5/5

Communication: Greet him 'Good morning' early in the morning or say 'Good night' before going to sleep. He will be online on Gtalk or Skype all the time. 5/5

Price: Right price for the right service he got. 4.5/5

Quality: The report contained 250 posts as mentioned. Each one of them have the Avg. CPC and the amount of competitors for the keyword. (either low or very low). Each keyword is further divided after doing a competitor analysis for the Top 10 keywords, mentioning their Yahoo Backlinks (external as well as internal), PR, domain age, Dmoz inclusion, yahoo directory inclusion etc.. (if any), keyword in title, description, url, etc. The report also tells you if they have .edu links etc.. Long story short, it will give you a basic analysis of what you ought to know about your competitors.

For whom it can be useful?

If you are wondering to open some micro niche sites/blogs then this is the service you should opt for. You can find some keywords that have a fair amount of monthly searches with a low competition and good CPC. I found some (4-6) domains names (.com/.net/.org) within these keywords that are not yet registered. Will do a couple of more research and register a few domains tonight. I can't say more. This is a service to die for if you want to open a couple of micro niche sites in the near future.

Recommendation: Nothing much. Everything looks great but I would recommend, to mention a specific number of subscribers in the thread, to whom the lists will be offered so that clients can order in confidence.

As the other review said, this list can be shared easily on the net. Take some steps regarding this. You can include some password (like the clients password on the client portal etc. can also be used to open the File/document) This will prevent sharing the file on the internet. Nobody wants to give out their password. 4.5/5

Overall Review: A wonderful tool for someone who wants to open some micro niche blogs. Provides a good list of keywords that might have taken you months to discover. 4.5/5

Also got my list today. Going to build some micro-niche blogs real quick, try and rank them fast and test out some of these really high CPC ones. At first glance, it's a truly amazing list though! I'll leave a full review after I test some of these bad-boys out!

Our security measures are:

-Limiting this service to maximum of 100 Active Subscribers
-Scanning all Black Hat forums around the net, and asking for putting this on Do Not Share list
-Forwarding case to PayPal as an fraud case against user that shared this list
-Watermarking list
Also its same with other lists distributors, all lists will get shared - period!

There were 250 Keywords on the list, and I already found a couple of Gems.

Not all the 250 keywords can be made into a Niche Site, but yes there are some Gems.
And the good part is, most of the EMDs are still available.

I also found a keyword that will bring me some good affiliate monies. Already registered the EMD also. It should bring in at least 300-400 affiliates dollas once I rank it to 1, which will be fairly easy.

This is a Good service, and every list will have a few Gems that will more than pay for the service.

Think about it.
If you can develop even 5 Niche sites, your cost will be less $6 per site.
But only buy the service if you don't have any undeveloped domains in your namecheap account :-)

I already registered 3 domains off this list ... And I will be developing all three before I get the next list... So this sure is useful. Oh, and be Quick. Be very very quick.

If you are looking at High CPC keywords, there were 78 KYs that are more than $1.



CONS:
If there was a Manual Research, then you need to train the researchers a wee bit.

There were quite a few useless Keywords. Domains you can't develop at all. It is good to filter them out. I will PM you the keywords. I mean, when people are paying for 250 keywords, make sure all those are "at least" useful. Since I am reviewing, I will keep giving you the feedback, but some of the KYs need to go off the list.

Some of the High value CPCs were way off the mark. Not sure why, but some of them were very much off the mark. I blame it on the tool you might be using, but have them Check the high value keywords before making the list.

PROS:
# There are indeed some GEMs in the list.
# Will the list pay for itself..? Hell yeah.. But you need to work, or have someone work.
# Belikethat is a hardworking Kid, so be sure of a Good service, and he listens and innovates, so this will be a good service that will get better.
# The best part was that he EMDs were available for several of the KYs that I checked. Let me go back and register a few more.

P S: Don't go by the Volume or the CPC.
You need to make sure that you have an idea about that keyword. You just shouldn't slap a $10 Article and get going. You need to have a plan on how to "Present" that site to the Googles.. WHich is why I said some of the KY were useless.

Thanks a lot for leaving a detail review on this. All your suggestions have been taken into consideration and the next set will be far more better. No service is perfect, we are making it by taking every possible con into consideration.

And ofcourse and pros are unbeatable for the price. I mean if you know how to fully manage and make websites and outsource stuff you can easily rake more than 4-5k a month with the keywords we will be sending you weekly.

This service has by far not only amazed some of the biggest guys in the industry it has also done good for upcoming and new people as well. And for the record we also did contact John Chow to try out this service and he like you guys also got a 100% free recurring. And he was not only amazed by the service, but promised to even do a review for the people. Fingers crossed - he said he'll post sometime next week. I'll definitely link you guys in this thread.

All in all, this service is made for affiliate marketers and adsense guru etc... try this and you'll never regret.

some specialists that do it everyday and all day. Obviously they are
going to get very sharp at it. It's their livlihood!

The first packet is full of gems. I see tons that I can rank almost overnight!

Thank you Bompa for leaving the review. I really appreciate it. And you are right. Keyword research is definitely getting tedious by the day. If people are new or don't have the means and knowledge to get keywords efficiently, then it can definitely be a problem.

I got access this morning and downloaded the first set of keywords available. Just a FYI the tests I ran were random samples of the keyword, I did not run them all.

There are 253 keywords in the list with the min amount of traffic being 1000 exact match monthly. The lowest CPC was .13 with the highest being 30.79, though the majority were sub $5.00, with only 25 keywords being above that. In testing these CPCs this morning i got slightly different results, but that can be attributed to this being a early Saturday morning.

The keywords themselves were a mix of generic words and brand names, and they are labeled with keyword difficulty Low & Very Low. In looking at the Very Low keywords I tested using Market Samurai and its returned SEOTCR value. I found that they were true low difficulty in the ones I tested by this standard. The competition report looks like it is exported from MS from looking at the values, and were true.

As a nice coincidence I found a keyword that is a sub niche of one of my sites I can integrate pretty easily, so for me that was a huge score. I also saw some other keywords that I could use to build sites out of that would easily justify the monthly cost.

If belikethat can keep this kind of lists coming week after week I think it is a worthwhile service.

Here are my concerns though. How many members are going to be allowed? With only 250 keywords and only 10% being high value those are going to have immediate competition from members. That doesnt mean the list still wont have value but you can see those high CPC words going fast.

With it being a download list, it can easily be shared which means even with limited membership value can be impacted. Its a simple matter to copy a list out (or even partial) and you lose watermarking by transferring it into another format. I question his ability to track the lists if it is passed around freely.

I think this can be a great service, though it will have some growing pains I am sure.

Hey,

Yeah! That might be the worry factor for sure. But for the same we have only decided to take 100 active subscriptions for now. And you'll be getting more than 1000++ keywords on the plate for offer every month. Which is 12000+++ more keywords every year.

I don't see a reason for you to worry actually. Because so many keywords are for offer, you can try a hand on everyone of these, buy EMDs, get website built, adsense, affiliates, site flipping and what not. I can see thousands of ways to earn through this. And each and every keyword is GEM in its own way.

I don't see a reason why they'll be saturated anytime soon right now.

Just give it a go and I guarantee you a 110% satisfaction with the service as well as the customer service. You know we are known for that in the market :)

As with his other services this one is wicked as well i was given a list of 250 terms in total several of which i have sites related too already and now have some to terms to push for.

The research was well done and organized most of these will be usefull there where a few that i wouldnt add just because some of the peeps signing up may not agree with them. However thats not a huge biggie.

very well sorted cpc average for all and competition reports as well all and all this service gets 5/5 saves major time the price is write and play your cards right you may actually make some cash for sure :)

One thing he should consider offering is noche lists like this where we can request such a list on a specific niche instead of random but hey im not complaining this was a great list.

Cant wait for the next one

Totally badass lists. Was just testing two of the $5 CPC keywords on a relatively new Wordpress blog. $10 made already off of about 2 clicks! OP definitely delivers and I can't wait to test out all of these keywords later.

This is an AdSense goldmine guys! I definitely recommend it.
The second list was as just as good (and if not, better) list than the first (Can't wait to get started on the $44 CPC keyword).

Nice - someone's churning out profits. Thanks a lot for the review. I would request other people who have taken a review to please leave one as well. I am tired chasing you guys. (they are very busy!!) THe service is on and we are taking subscriptions. We'll close as soon as it reaches 100!
