Speed:1/5 - I ordered on 5/4/11 and received my finished report on 5/20/11. It came 11 days late.

Communication:3/5 - I would have boosted this up a bit more if I was told upfront that my report would be late. I received a quick and prompt reply once I notified him of the problem.

Price:3/5 - Great price for the what I thought I would be receiving. Got a report full of PR0 links.

Quality: 2/5 - I received a very clean and detailed report. However, I ordered package 3 which promises only PR2-PR8 submissions. Out of my 500 links, I received 278 PR0 submissions. What gives?

I was also told by Seork that I would receive an additional 100 submissions since my order was so late. I didn't receive the extra work and there was no explanation as to why.

Overall Review: 3/5 - I was really pumped for this service due to all the glowing reviews I have read. It looks like the provider can't keep up with the orders and quality is lacking as a result. I really hate to leave anything less than a stellar review, but this transaction just stunk. I'll go to another provider next time.

I am really sorry if you are not happy with the work I will make sure that you do not disappoint from me. More over My server crashed and I lost all my data and that took me extra time for completion but I do understand its not your look out. I make sure the things do not goes wrong with you.

That sounds really nice and all, but:

1) You could have let me know that your server crashed and my report would be late.
2) Whether or not the 278 PR0 get indexed, it isn't what I paid for. I was expecting PR2+.
3) You completely avoided the fact that you promised me 100 more links and didn't deliver on them.

I'm not spending any more time worrying about this. It's $18 bucks. Whatever. If you want to spend your time working on quantity of orders instead of quality, fine. I'm just going to use another provider. Thanks.

AND THOSE 100 EXTRA SUBMISSION WILL NOT INCLUDE ANY PR0 DIRECTORIES AND DO NOT WORRY ONCE I HAVE MY ALL DATA YOUR OTHER PR0 LINKS ALSO WILL BE REPLACED AND THAT WILL BE JUST AS BONUS.

SO I HOPE YOU WILL PROVIDE ME SUFFICIENT TIME TO COMPLETE THAT TASK AS LIKE YOU OTHER CLIENTS ALSO NEED THEIR WORK VERY FAST SO HOPE TO RECEIVE YOUR CO-OPERATION I WILL GO THROUGH YOUR REPORT AGAIN AND MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT DISAPPOINT.
