A few months back I saw a guy trying to sell a 3 month old domain for 85k, with lots of junk traffic and no revenue. He was selling based on brand-ability because the 10 year old .com/.net was making some decent cash -- his price was still laughable and there were people asking serious questions, like they were interested. Flippa is like the DP of the domainer market.
