So I had a PPC campaign on Yahoo that was doing pretty well until almost all my keywords got declined. The 'reason' was for insufficient related content on the landing page. So I made different pages and put some content related to that keyword on each page and resubmitted. Well they got declined again. So I call Yahoo and they tell me I need a lot of content related to the keyword such as comparisons, product description, etc. After about 20 minutes trying to explain to them that if you type in some of my keywords that got declined ALL of the ads shown go to a page or site EXACTLY like mine. A lot of these pages have a lot less content than mine also. So I'm wondering what to do now. So how do I get around this editorial process so I can get my keywords approved? :(

Add a lot of content related to the keyword such as comparisons, product description, etc.

If you hadn't realized already, Yahoo is the most strict of the big 3 when it comes to affiliate marketing.

But how are these other landing pages with less content than mine getting through ok?

Their reviewers are very inconsistent. Sometimes they let through stuff that clearly shouldn't be allowed, and sometimes they catch it. Luck of the draw.

lol ok thats funny but if it works hey...
So change anything each time you submit it or just resubmit?

Not really sure. Seems to work without changing anything.

But overall the more content you have, especially if you have actual keywords or partial keywords very visible on landing page, they will be much less anal about refusing keywords.
