I paid full price for this service and had it delivered in around 5 days.
Report had 692 links, not 700+. I'm being picky here

Pros:

495 were found 3 days later. Mixture of dofollow and nofollow. During manual check of few links, I found the provider using unique account for each submission. Very important!! All UNIQUE domains.

Cons:
====
Title and description was NOT spun as stated. Same title and descriptionwas posted accross all sites, not good!!
I expected an over delivery as advertised.

Note:

I didn't check blog comments.
No SERP movement yet. This is not an EMD, but it may help in long run.

Overall:

An OK "social" package to add to your backlink mix, but missed out on meeting the 700+ and spining of title and description.
