Overall Review: Ok, so I have let the sites settle for a couple of days to see what sort of movements I would get in the serps.

So far, all keywords have trended up, in some cases by a couple of pages. I did have one keyword disappear from the first page for one term but I sort of expected that since I have blasted the shit out of it recently. I expect it will settle back to where it was eventually. Everything else is trending up though.
Will give it a couple more weeks and give updates if I remember but so far I would highly recommend the service provided here.
