I am writing anomonously as I worry that if i say who I am i wont be paid by Intermark/imm. I currently have a bill outstanding wit them, but i have been getting throwing into circles trying to collect my money. I have heard many rumors abut imm, that they are going out of business and not paying their bills, and that is why i have stopped sending them my traffic over a month ago.
I was told at ad tech san fran, that they owe pulse360 north of 300k, and later confirmed this, from meida that they had purchased and were unable to pay, and that is one ofthe reaosns why kamikow was fired. that coupled with there pending FTC lawsuit, and debt racked up from acai advertisers, cause me great concern, and i stopped running traffic with them, fearing i will not get paid. wel now its been over a month and i stil havent collected my payment. I spoke to a few network heads and they said that they were cash strapped and that i should get my money eventually. I also spoke with a few friends who i know sent them business and they are to are waiting for money, some have been paid though, but i am concerned.
The fact that they owe over 300k to pulse360 and not paying, and the pending FTC investigation, has me to belive that they might be going out of business. Does anyone have any insight to this? any help would be much appreciated, again its not a lot but thats not the point. i will never work with this company again, and i suggest nobody work with them, knowing these facts now.
