Is it right for a CPA network to out your ad to their affiliates?

It just happened to me!

This particular network outed my ad as an example of what affiliates should NOT do...

I feel it's unfair for them to do so. They could have just described what is not allowed.

I don't understand what is their purpose of outing my ad? So more affiliates can copy me and the network can make more money?!

If yes then its your own fucking fault & the network did the right thing by setting it as an example of what should NOT be done.

if you really were the first, you sure it was copeac that outed you and not just affiliates picking up on what you were doing and copying (you know like how it normally happens)
