Ok, so here is where I'm supposed to write a bunch of salesy bullshit for the release of my service. I don't really feel like writing that crap. So, here goes, minus the sales fluff.

Here is what my service provides:

  • Complete management of your services, all in one location.
  • Create and host your order forms, receive order details (along with payment info), and deliver updates and reports all in the same place.

Spend less time keeping track of the orders that come in and instead spend your time actually doing the work, creating better services, and doing the non-business things that you love to do.

Here is how simple it is to get up and running with TheSEOMarketplace.com:

  1. Sign up (duh) at TheSEOMarketplace.com
  2. Create an order form for your service(s). This is where you choose the fields that each buyer needs to fill out when ordering so that you get their order details.
  3. Create a checkout page for your service(s). This is as simple as choosing the order form that you created in step 2, putting in your paypal email address, and entering in your package levels and prices.
  4. Manage and fulfill your orders. While my service can't do your work for you (if I could do that I would really take over the market!) it makes it easy for you to communicate with your clients and upload reports.

I was lucky enough to be a beta tester for this and I will tell you that it is an amazing order management system. If you are in the SEO/ Link Building service providing industry this tool is a must have.

Speed: 5/5 Very fast will updates and when I gave letsmakemoney suggestions he was quick to implement them.

Communication: 5/5 again very fast hardly an hour went by before he responded to my questions/suggestions.

Price: 5/5 For 50 bucks a month you would be a fool not to grab this. It's one of the sexiest order management systems out there. Allows you to add coupon codes for promos you may have and more features are coming.

Quality: 5/5 Very easy to use interface with high quality over the shoulder training videos that show you step by step on how to use the system.

Overall Review: 10/10

Some answers:

Freshbooks is more of an accounting/invoicing solution. This is more of a custom-made-for-SEO-service-providers solution for receiving order details (KWs and URLs for example- but can be anything), communicating with clients, and delivering reports. I will admit if you're at the point where you have individual clients paying you $3k plus a month for linkbuilding and you're managing a large staff, your needs might be beyond what SEO Marketplace provides.

Re Basecamp: Basecamp is project management and this is order/payment/communication management. So, it won't replace Basecamp (yet) but it can replace Wufoo.

i was another beta tester (I have to admin, at the beginning I was skeptical :D)

It is based on wordpress and it is very similar to the order form I'm using on my site (the one I'm using is very limited, just a simple order form, nothing to do with orders management).

So, here is my review:

Speed: 5/5 this is referred to the site, not to the provider, no need to ask anything, there is a complete quick start guide for this!

Communication: - read above :) Anyway, I know who letsmakemoney is and I'm preatty sure he is ready to help you for everything.

Price: 5/5 Completely agree with rockstar45177, with 50 buck you have a (almost) complete orders management system. I love the possibility to add coupon codes!

Quality: 5/5 Easy to use, just follow the video instruction and you can't go wrong

Overall Review: 10/10

I'm still working on adding additional features - right now I'm working on a system for reviews.
 
This is fantastic. Going to probably register soon and use this to help a big service I'm about to introduce.

Playing around with it right now. Not much of a learning curve, could see some additions that would be nice overall though I think a management system like this could be incredibly helpful for people like me and every other service provider on here who either runs multiple services at once or an incredibly popular one.

You have no excuse not to try it, the first month is free.
