Here's my review:
Review package 5k (free) - Delivered > 16k
First report had issues and as soon as I pm'ed it was quickly fixed. He's good with communication and will respond within 24 hrs. Report delivered within a day.
Links - I did not post a review soon after getting the links since I wanted to see how many get deleted. I would say quite a lot got deleted however, since there's always overdelivery, it kind of compensates but not an ideal situation to be in. This is something OP seriously need to work on/at least verify if the links are active before sending the report.
Blogs - Most blogs are spammed to death. Expect > 100 comments in any given blog. The disappoint here was that many were non English blogs.
Comments - Well written comments but it really doesn't matter since you can even put in something like "fkjad;fjd;lfkj" and it will still get approved.
Noticed any immediate jump in rankings - No. Will post in case I notice anything in the next few days.
How good is the service - Average. I've tried multiple blog commenting packages and the results have been similar and it's not like the OP is doing anything bad (at least he's not a scammer). If you have a clear idea on what to do with blog commenting links, you can go for this.

Ok i got review copy from OP.
Advantage:
He over delivered and it always good to get the bonus links!!
Communication is top class
Got the report in 24hrs which is good
Got so many backlinks as well.
Disadv:
I randomly checked the links and many of the links were missing but it is obvious when you go for automated link building.
Overall i will rate 8/10.
If he checks all the link before he delivers then it brings more quality to his work.
Recommended service.

a week ago asked the OP: "are those all 100% live links, auto-moderated" - but still no reply
and today I got reports of 2x100k packs and understood why the OP hasn't reply on my question
the thing is that I have randomly checked the links and in over 80% !! haven't found my links

after your report I have emailed you back and asked you to run a check of my reports via scrapebox and deliver me the report with column opposite each rule which says "found"
This is the way I used to receive the reports
You blast of 100k comments to one of URL brings nothing, so I assume the percentage of live links is really, really low
please report normally and prove the other side
