Received my report with super fast turnaround time.
I did a quick spot check and it looks like all the links are there. There is a mix of non English speaking websites and English websites. Comments left seem to be on topic from the few I checked.
Some pages do have a lot of outgoing links but that is to be expected with this type of service. Will this help with rankings it's to hard to say. I did however see one of my competitors that ranks well with links on the same pages.

I recieved a review copy of this service, and to be totally honest this will just be echoing what Mgtarheels has already stated.
I recieved 7 urls, (2 as a bonus) and the PRs were as follows;
1 x PR5
2 x PR4
1 x PR3
3 x PR2
All were from different domains, but all were very heavily spammed, several posts just spammed with lines of keywords
Again the turn around time was very quick, all links were dofollow, and unlike Mgtarheels all my links were visible.
Overall, i'm not sure if i would reccomend this service, The pages are spammed way to heavily for my liking.

The turnaround was fast. The OP also took care to post comments in English with some words suggesting they were related to the post. PLUS for that.
Some pages had a lot of OBL's mostly because of one jerk who had to post dozens of links in his comments...grrrr... BUT this is about what is expected.
But the service was performed as advertised, and quickly... I am satisfied that I got what I ordered. If the OP could come up with pages with fewer OBLs, that would rock.
Aside Rant: I doubt it will hurt a money site either....it's just not enough links. I have been researching competitors all day and find highly ranked sites with links on pages with tons of OBLs - they just have A LOT of them. I doubt anybody here knows what helps or hurts.
Honestly I am looking at competitive terms - the SERPS seem to closely follow the allinanchor command with some movement for page PR. i.e. site 2 in allinancor my be 4 in SERP because site 3 is a stronger site.... but IMO - having looked at competitive terms till my eyes bleed - that's it.
Now there may be exceptions for true penalties, but I'm thinking those are exceptions, and not the rule.
