Cheapest LLC / C -Corp Filings + Registered Agents

Not looking for another lecture on paying for good legal advice. :D

Anyone know what the cheapest outfit is for either corp filings or registered agents is? I need a a few for an experiment.

The best I have been able to find is 50$ filings and 49$ a year registered agents.

There's a billion worth of rep and a free category nuke for anyone who can save me some $$ here. :xmas-smiley-016:
 


Depends on the state. You also have to pay the state registration fee's which are different from each state. There are different yearly taxes to pay.

The charge to draft the docs and your registered agent fee is only a small part of your costs.

You also have certain taxable advantages with a C-Corp vs an LLC.

There is plenty of advice on the web or you can go to your local library to pick up a book about the taxable advantages of each.

BTW- $49 a year for a registered agent fee is really CHEAP! Make sure there are no hidden fee's to forward documents to you. I.E. your yearly tax receipt (and hopefully not but any legal demands you receive) ...

I understand all the state variation / structuring stuff. ;)

Just looking for an ultra low cost solution because of bulk needs. - Preferably open in 50 states.
 
I use corpnet.com most of the time. They are super quick at processing your paperwork and they understand the marketing industry. Just call them and tell them how many you need or what you are looking for and they will hook you up. They are pretty quick and can turn things around if you tell them you need it quicker then normal. The only slow part is the stupid govt process.

Hopefully this coupon code still works "REPEAT-30D". They sent it me to last week after I bought an LLC.

They also give you a year free for a registered agent per filling.
