2 questions:

1) What's the average OBL like?

2) How many pages are you using? Or, said differently, if I order two packages, will both packages get the same urls?
 
Got my report back with the review of 6 blog comments. The blog comments did match the promised PR. The comment text seemed to be excerpts from the blog post itself, which I guess is more natural than "thanks for sharing this post, i found it through google, it was very insightful."

One target was in a foreign language, but I can handle that considering this was free, and he balanced it out with a very a target very relevant to my niche.

Overall, I must say, this is a pretty darn good service.

One of my links is on a page where another service provider placed links just yesterday. Weird.

Anyway, the OP provided what he stated. In a perfect world OBL would be down quite a bit, but it seems providers have a difficult time keeping those gems to themselves for obvious reasons.

I got my report in xls file with 6 urls that divided to 2 PR3, 2 PR4 and 2 PR5.
Checked all 6 urls and my url is there.
3 urls is likely spam to death, but the other 3 simply normal or still below 100.
All the comments posted have 2 lines and on the topic and will be fall off to the next page after few days.
