Checked all 6 urls and my url is there.
3 urls is likely spam to death, but the other 3 simply normal or still below 100.
All the comments posted have 2 lines and on the topic and will be fall off to the next page after few days.

Review

I received my report with very little turn around time. Report is well organized and includes all the URLs. I ordered package 2 which included 21 URLs, I was delivered 25 in total.

A quick run through SB and found 12 pages with my URL actually listed. The others may be there but on a different pages of comments. The links I checked manually all had very high OBL and tons of pages of comments. I wasn't going to go through them all to try and find my link.

I ordered 5PR2, 5PR3, 5PR4, 5PR5, 1PR6

According to SB I received: 1 PR0, 3 PR 2, 2 PR3, 1 PR4, 4 PR5, 1 PR 6

Of all the URLs found each was on a separate domain, although the report included a few repeat domains. Overall, delivery was quick but pages are all high OBL and highly spammed.

I think you are on mistake please check again your report then place the honest review my friend, any way thank you for your words.
 
How many different domains on package 2 , what's the average obl's on commenting pages and TAT of packages 2 , pm me couple of examples of your latest work , also pm me payment details
