Can someone advise me of a good affiliate application to use to manage my offers?

I have seen the same shell for many affiliates, does anyone know the name of it?

e.g. the signup form looks like this:

LinkTrust and HitPath, most used by networks without proprietary tracking system

Fuck Hasoffers and DirectTrack

Yeah as people have said those are all network tracking systems. I'd suggest them in this order

Cake
Hitpath
Linkshare
HasOffers

Don't touch directtack is is built on 10+ year old technology and reflects it for sure.
