This is fantastic value for the money he charges. Got over 850+ bookmarks and nearly 200 articles already live. For $25, it's a no brainer. He delivered in 24 hours. What else can I ask for? The ideal WF provider right here...

(No SERP Changes, Yet - This KW is at #3, so not sure if this is powerful enough to move the needle)

I used this service on one of my newer niche sites, I check out most of the links and they are all good. As for serps it's a bit early to tell but its moving up, 5 places in under 24 hours. $25 for 750+ bookmarks and articles is a good deal. No issues at all with this service delivery time was fast as well. I would use this service again.
