Yes, because you really need to buy a drink specifically that is advertised to have electrolytes in order to survive. People who drink water instead of Gatorade, etc. will be way behind the people that get their essential electrolytes.

obviously you don't fucking need coconut water to survive. no one was making that claim. it is definitely better for recovery than gatorade or just plain water. and by "it" i mean real coconut water, not bullshit processed fake garbage.

i also saw someone asking about saturated fat -- saturated fat is not bad for you. actually quite the contrary. coconut oil/water/milk are all very good for you (you just need to make sure you get the real kind)
