This is the same answer you give everyone, are you a bot? The reality is that these guys are here to find someone within the community.

lolz.. Nick.. You think I am a bot.. Point is I am giving suggestions on the basis of my experience. The reason I am quoting those to sources because I found them best for finding developers according to my project. I am sure everyone have encountered problems while searching for developers specially when you are outsourcing..since there are hi chances of fraud and forgery. These sources gives you full cover to your online transactions and dealings with the coders... Seeing is believing my friend. Just start with a small project and experience it.. I am sure u will agree with my advice.

I'm a programmer myself and don't really need to use those resources. I was just saying that most of the post about work here are done because they are looking within the community first. However I'm sure MANY of the members here will tell you that they use or have used the resources you mentioned.

Good to know that.....Since I am new on WF I have no Idea how it works here, so every time see any post like that I refer to those sources because I do not want anyone to be screwed or face the same problem that I have gone through. I am interested to know how it works on WF? Do they take the responsibility or it will be purely between the client and the coder?

No, they are just asking if anyone in the community has time/ability to do it. It's still work at your own risk.

Lots of designers on here get work from the community. Think of it like this. In a company you will look within the company to see if there is anyone that can be promoted before going out to find someone else. This doesn't always hold true but usually. It still doesn't guarantee that the person is going to do the job right, your just giving first chance to anyone here to do it.

Alright bro thanks for all info. I hope to see you around and if I get something I would like to use your expertise.
